It is possible that you are not satisfied with your product or that the product is not complete. We always accept a return, provided they meet our conditions:
1. You have 14 days to change your mind
After receiving the product, you have 14 days to consider returning the product. If it does not take place within these 14 days, we cannot accept the return.
2. You inform us of your intention to return
If you want to return a product, please inform us of your intention to return it by email to email@example.com, or via the contact form on our website. Please include your email and order number, so that we can verify that you have placed the order. Without information, we cannot confirm that you intended a return. As a result, we cannot transfer the amount paid back to you. We will reimburse the amount paid in case of a correct statement. We also reimburse the shipping costs, provided they meet condition 3.
3. Return costs
Shipping costs come with a return. These shipping costs will be reimbursed by us if it concerns an incorrect, incomplete or damaged delivery. Any other form of delivery is considered correct and the shipping costs will be reimbursed by the customer.
4. You send the return to our return address
Our kalimbas come from abroad and are sent directly to you from there. Your package contains the address of the supplier. Do not send your return to this address, but to our return address:

5. You send the package with Track & Trace
All returns must be sent with Track & Trace from PostNL, or another form of tracking at a postal company. Without this tracking, we cannot guarantee that the package has arrived, and therefore cannot transfer you the amount paid.
